Propagate and disseminate some new regulations of The Law on Road, traffic order 2024 and safety in schools

Abstract

Although the 2008 Road Traffic Law has been adjusted, it is still lacking, not synchronized and not close to reality to organize implementation, such as: Traffic rules are not complete and close to the reality of the traffic situation in Vietnam. Vietnam, does not fully and specifically regulate related measures to ensure traffic order and safety. Stemming from the above inadequacies and limitations, the 2024 Road Traffic Safety Law has been promulgated. The article highlights new regulations in the 2024 Road Traffic Safety Law that are necessary for propaganda and dissemination in schools.
