Some solutions to develop human resources to meet the green economy

Abstract

Vietnam has had a transformation in its development model, towards a green economy, this is an inevitable choice, in line with the general trend around the world. The green economic development process will create new jobs, which will promote the conversion of current jobs to green jobs, which is both an opportunity and a challenge. This article presents some solutions to develop human resources to adapt to this transition processy.
