Abstract

Learning English has become a compulsory task for all people, especially students. It is, however, noticeable that English learning effectiveness among students have remained humble and ineffective. This article presents the difficulties and shortcomings that the non-majored English students at Dong Thap University have ever encountered in their studies of speaking skill, at the same time suggests some solutions to improve their English speaking studies.
