Experiential learning and career skills development in higher education

Abstract
The article evaluates the impact of experiential learning in higher education on the development of professional skills such as critical thinking, communication and teamwork. Based on the Kolb model (1984) and a survey of 200 students and 15 experts, the study confirms that experiential learning helps to significantly improve professional skills, and proposes solutions to improve this method in the context of Vietnamese education.
