Abstract

Developing management staff in primary schools in Binh Chanh district is facing the requirements of educational innovation, the new general education program still reveals shortcomings, requiring scientific research to solve this problem. The topic: “Developing management staff in primary schools according to principal standards in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City” was chosen by the author for research. The article presents the results of the above research.
