Management measures to build a positive pedagogical collective

Abstract

The development of the pedagogical collective directly affects and determines the quality of education and training of the school. The quality of education in schools is the common contribution of the pedagogical team, it depends not only on the responsibility and capacity of each cadre, teacher, and staff but also on the coordination of education. In order to manage the construction of a positive pedagogical community, it is necessary to well implement the system of measures. Each measure impacts on a certain field of collective construction and is consistent with the actual situation at the school so it is certain independence. The measures have a close relationship, intermingling and supporting each other, creating a unified body; the process of implementing measures should ensure consistency to achieve high efficiency.
