Abstract
In this article, we introduce the steps of David A. Kob’s experience-based learning model and apply this model to teaching the concept of “Cube” (Grade 7). The research results indicate that teaching according to the experience-based learning model allows students to engage in hands-on experiences with familiar real-life objects to form the concept. As a result, students can easily transition from practical experiences to building and acquiring knowledge, thereby contributing to improving the quality of mathematics teaching in secondary schools.
