Current status of teacher development at junior high schools in My Xuyen District, Soc Trang Province

Abstract

In recent years, education in My Xuyen district, Soc Trang province had basic fundamental changes, the school system is being developed. However, the structure and capacity of the current team of primary school teachers still does not meet the innovation requirements of the 2018 General Education Program. This article presents the results of a survey of the current state of development of teaching staff of Junior high Schools in the area, as a basis for proposals on measures to develop local staff.
