Abstract
The study focuses on developing the TestGenDNU tool - an online English test creation
platformfor students at Dong Nai University. The system is built on a modern web platform,integrating
functions such as test bank management, question shuffling, automatic scoring and result analysis.
The experimental results show that the tool works effectively, suitable for assessment needs in a higher
education environment, and at the same time, suggestions for improvement are made to perfect the system.
