RESEARCH ON THE ADAPTABILITY TO NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF CONSTRUCTION STUDENTS
Abstract
The construction industry is witnessing a surge in new technologies, particularly Building
Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR),
and Augmented Reality (AR), aimed at improving design, construction, and project management efficiency.
However, an important question arises regarding the ability of construction students to adopt and adapt
to these technologies. This research aims to evaluate the ability to absorb, apply technology, and the
factors influencing the practical application of these technologies in real-world work after graduation.
The findings of this study will provide solutions to improve training programs, enhance technological
skills for construction students, and better prepare them for entering the labor market.
