EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR PREPARING ELECTRONIC LECTURES AT KON TUM COLLEGE

Abstract

In the context of modern education, electronic lectures are becoming an important tool to
enhance the quality of training at colleges, especially at Kon Tum College. Effectively preparing electronic
lectures requires instructors to not only be knowledgeable about technology but also to have creativity
in pedagogical design and content presentation. Electronic lectures help create a flexible, visual, easily
accessible learning environment that meets the individual needs of learners. However, the implementation
process at Kon Tum College also faces many challenges due to limitations in infrastructure, equipment,
and the technological skills of both instructors and students, most of whom are from ethnic minority
backgrounds. Therefore, choosing appropriate, user-friendly, and easy-to-use lecture preparation methods
is essential. Electronic lectures not only support teaching but also play a crucial role in vocational training,
preparing students with digital skills and the ability to adapt to the modern labor market.
