Abstract
This paper analyzes current challenges and proposes practical solutions to enhance the capacity
of lecturers at Viet-Duc College Nghe An, in training high-quality human resources. The study emphasizes
four key solution groups: strengthening information technology proficiency, building effective professional
learning communities, promoting regional and digital network linkages, and expanding extra-institutional
activities such as enterprise cooperation and global learning networks. These solutions aim to modernize
teaching methods, align with labor market needs, and improve training quality in vocational education.
