Abstract
The development of network technology and mobile devices in recent years has promoted
interactive learning that can provide learning content related to the learning context and then provide
personalized learning support for each learner. There is a new approach based on modern scientific
and technological developments that can be used for interactive learning environments for preschool
education. Interactive environments use smart handheld devices equipped with mobile devices and the
internet to enhance the educational environment. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the theoretical
values and rationale for designing educational environments that are interactive and fun, allowing
children to learn while playing
