Abstract

The article clarifies the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the fight against
individualism; thereby applying it to the practical conditions of the Vietnamese revolution at each time
and stage in training the qualities of diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, and selflessness of cadres
and party members in the new stage, meeting the requirements and tasks of the revolution to improve
the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations to promote the cause of
industrialization, modernization, opening up, and international integration, bringing the country into a
new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation’s rise.
