STEAM STERILIZATION PROCESS CONTROL FOR DRUG MIXING TANKS: RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL APPLICATION AT VETERINARY MEDICINE FACTORY
Abstract
This paper presents the design a study of “Control of steaming process for pharmaceutical
compressor drugs” is an urgent topic to solve the economic and labor safety problems in the production
of veterinary medicine. The author has designed the controller to completely automate the process of
sterilizing the brewing tank, no more complicated and labor-intensive manuals as before. By experimental
methods[1], a separate sterilization process has been developed for each type of tank, then using
automatic algorithms[2] to identify the volume of tanks, to select the appropriate sterilization process,
to optimize production time, avoiding unnecessary waste of kiln energy. Finally combining the classic
PID[3] controller to stabilize the sterilization process. The system is built on the foundation of modern
equipment with high precision PLC M221CE24R, HMI GXU 3512, Sensor ... of reputable firms in the
field of industrial electrical equipment manufacturing Schneider, IPES. The results show that after putting
the controller into operation, it has cut 35% of sterilization time in production, which means that a
huge amount of production cost is estimated to be reduced on billions of dong and government. most
importantly, to ensure safety during pressure equipment operation.
