Abstract

The general education curriculum emphasizes the innovation of teaching methods towards
promoting students’ proactivity and engagement. Cooperative learning is considered an effective approach,
especially in Mathematics, helping students not only acquire knowledge but also develop critical thinking.
This article proposes a process for designing and organizing cooperative learning for the “Numbers and
Calculations” topic in Grade 3 Mathematics, aiming to contribute to enhancing the quality of teaching
and learning and meeting the current requirements of educational innovation
