Abstract
This article outlines the theoretical foundation of constructivism and its application in high
school History teaching. It proposes methods such as project-based learning, source analysis, group
discussion, and historical simulation to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and the connection of
knowledge with practice. Findings indicate that constructivist approaches enhance teaching effectiveness
and stimulate students’ interest.
