Abstract

Currently, with the development of teaching technology, teachers and learners have access to
many different methods to achieve effective learning. In foreign language teaching and learning, Decision
No. 2080/QD-TTg on “Approving adjustments and supplements to the Project on foreign language teaching
and learning in the national education system for the period 2017 - 2025” clearly states: “Promoting
the application of advanced technology in foreign language teaching and learning with an electronic
learning material system suitable for all subjects so that learners can learn foreign languages,...”. This
article presents the results of a survey of some online learning methods to understand their importance in
creating interest for learners. The survey subjects are students majoring in languages at Hanoi University
