Abstract

Training activities for educational management staff in military schools today is an objective
necessity. Based on clarifying common issues, the authors propose four solutions: Planning training
activities for educational management staff of the School; Directing innovation in content, form, and
methods of organizing training activities for educational management staff; Organizing training to improve
the capacity of subjects participating in training educational management staff; Directing educational
management staff to actively and proactively self-train to improve their professional qualifications;
Promoting the combined strength of resources in organizing training for educational management staff
of the School
