Abstract

Volunteering is one of the activities that holds significant meaning for society, contributing
to addressing social issues, enhancing public awareness, and fostering a sense of responsibility toward
the community. In recent years, volunteer activities in Vietnam have developed strongly, attracting
participation from various social groups, especially students, whose involvement in school-based
volunteer programs carries great educational value. Studying the factors influencing students’ decisions
to participate in volunteer programs helps promote volunteering within the educational environment and
cultivates the spirit of mutual support and compassion among today’s youth
