Abstract
Flexibility is the ability to perform movements with a large range of motion. Through observation
and assessment of the current situation in teaching and training the Aerobic gymnastics team at Viet Tri
Technical High School, Phu Tho province, we have found that the flexibility of female students is still
limited, therefore their competition achievements in recent years have not met expectations. Based on the
assessment of the current state of flexibility skills of female students in the Aerobic gymnastics team at
Viet Tri Technical High School, Phu Tho province, this study selected and applied 17 exercises to improve
flexibility. The application results confirmed the effectiveness of the selected exercises in enhancing
flexibility for the research subjects
