Abstract

Vocational education is currently shifting strongly from the traditional teaching model to the
training model based on practical capacity, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market and
society. In particular, Civil Electricity at colleges is one of the fields that requires a large amount of time
for practice, experimentation and vocational skills training so that students can work immediately after
graduation. This article presents a system of effective practical methods in training students in the field
of Civil Electricity, characteristics of the civil electricity profession, assesses the difficulties in practical
training, and proposes solutions to improve the quality of teaching
