Abstract

Thisstudy introduces an intelligent control model for household electrical devices using PLC
Logo!; PLC S7-200/1200, HMI interfaces, and mobile applications. The system allows integrated control
of lighting, fans, pumps, and curtain motors through multiple methods, including push buttons, touch
panels, and remote operation. Practical exercises were developed to enhance learners’ programming
skills and understanding of automation principles. Experimental implementation shows improved handson competence and system-integration capabilities for students. The model is scalable and supports the
shift toward competency-based training in the Industry 4.0 era
