Abstract

Educating patriotism for high school students is a key task in building a generation of
responsible citizens with strong political will. In the context of digital transformation, applying online
tours in the subject of National Defense and Security Education opens up a new approach, suitable for
the receptive capacity and psychological characteristics of digital generation students. Using theoretical
research methods, the group of authors analyzes the role of online tours as a valuable educational tool
in the new context, at the same time clarifying its effectiveness from the perspective of educational theory
and giving some recommendations and measures to improve the effectiveness when applying online tours
in this subject
