Abstract

This article presents some theoretical issues regarding the flight practice skills of cadets at the
Air Force Officer College. It identifies several factors influencing the cadets’ flight practice skills. Based
on this, it helps instructors, educational managers, and cadets gain an objective and comprehensive
understanding in leadership, management, teaching, and learning. Accordingly, it contributes to improving
the quality of military pilot training at the Air Force Officer College in the current period
