Abstract

In this context, the green economy in Vietnam is no longer a choice but an inevitable path, with
non-traditional cooperation emerging as a potential driving force. This paper focuses on: clarifying the
concept and characteristics of non-traditional cooperation in green economic development; analyzing
the current state of three typical non-traditional cooperation models emerging in Vietnam; identifying
major challenges and barriers; and proposing solutions to promote non-traditional cooperation in green
economic development
