Abstract

At Ba Ria - Vung Tau Teacher Training College, in recent years, the number of students enrolled
annually has remained relatively high (over 80%) compared to the college’s training capacity and higher
than some other colleges. However, the number of students who receive academic disciplinary action
each year remains high. This affects the school’s annual student report numbers, class sizes, and various
school activities. I have investigated the situation in existing classes at the college and found that there
are many reasons for this. Based on these reasons, I would like to propose some improvement solutions to
minimize the number of students receiving academic disciplinary action. These solutions will contribute
to improving the quality of training and supporting students to achieve better academic progress
