Abstract
ABSTRACT
In recent years, due to the demand for higher education to meet the job position, the number of in-service
training students at Dong Thap University has increased significantly. However, the number of graduates and
admissions is quite differential. This affects the graduation rate criteria of the institution. This article aims
to analyze the reality and proposes measures to manage the actual student number, thence to improve the
efficiency and quality of in-service training courses at Dong Thap University.
