ABSTRACT
Developing contingent of the lectures of Buddhist intermediate schools towards of standardization is
central to the work of enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Buddhism. The work of developing teachers
at Buddhist intermediate schools towards of standardization includes planning, recruiting, employing,
training and fostering, creating a working environment, and evaluating lecturers.
