The subject of building school culture is all members of the school, in which there is a particularly important role of the principals of the school. They are the subjects that shape and develop the school culture from defining the vision, mission and goals to planning and organizing the implementation, directing, checking and evaluating the process of building school culture to manage the school conveniently and effectively.
