The leaders’s role in the development of the scientific research capacity for lecturers at universities

Abstract

Abstract: Lecturers are the key force determining the effectiveness of the training process at the university level. The promotion of scientific research will contribute to improving the quality of the teaching staff. However, it is a fact that most universities in Vietnam are teaching-oriented. Adding active scientific research as part of the faculty’s mission will require leaders to become key players in making scientific research or knowledge creation an important part of the curriculum important in the development of Vietnamese society.
