Improving English speaking skills for first-year students at Vinh University of Technology Education

Abstract

Speaking is one of the most important skills that need to be focused and enhanced as it is an effective means of communication. Many first-year students of Vinh University of Technology Education find it difficult to fully express their thoughts in English. Being able to communicate fluently is an important goal of today’s foreign language teachers.
