Abstract

The quality of early childhood education depends on many different factors and on the coordination of implementation of these different factors. One of those factors is the team of educational administrators in general and the staff of preschool education administrators in particular. Article 18 of the Education Law 2019 also affirms: “Education administrators play an important role in organizing, managing and administering educational activities” (Ministry of Education and Training, 2020). . Therefore, developing a team of managers in general and a team of preschool managers in particular has great significance for improving the quality of educational management for all levels of education, including preschool. young. The article analyzes the current situation of developing the management staff of preschools in Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City to meet the Standard of Kindergarten Principal. From there, recommendations are made for governing bodies in general and preschool education institutions in particular in order to improve the quality of the contingent of ministries managing preschools to meet the Standard of Kindergarten Principals.
