Measures to manage teaching competence fostering activities for secondary school teachers in Cao Bang city, Cao Bang province

Abstract

The article presents the results of the survey and assessment of the current situation of fostering and managing educational competence for secondary school teachers in Cao Bang city, Cao Bang province, pointing out the causes leading to limitations in the implementation of activities, as well as limitations in terms of management. Accordingly, it also proposes management measures to improve the efficiency of these activities in secondary schools in the city.
