Building and developing digital learning materials for educational innovation according to the 2018 General Education Program at the high school level

Abstract

In the fields of education, training and scientific research, digital transformation is the use of data and digital technology to change the main tasks which are educational management, teaching and learning, testing and evaluation. In particular, digital transformation in management include: digitizing management information, creating interconnected large database systems, deploying online public services, and applying 4.0 technologies for management and administration, forecasting, supporting leaders and managers to make decisions in direction, management and administration. Digital transformation in teaching, learning, testing and assessment are mainly based on digital learning materials (e-textbooks, electronic lectures, E-learning lecture warehouse, multiple choice question bank), digital library, virtual labs, implementation of online training systems, etc. The process of digital transformation will radically change these activities in the following aspects: Management, direction and administration of Education Management institutes; teaching methods and scientific research of teachers, learning and training the quality and competences of students. This article mentions a core element of the digital transformation in education which is Digital Learning.
