Teaching visual programming in primary schools with Scratch

Abstract

Informatics at primary school provides students with skills in using computers, using basic software to support learning, and initially forming problem - solving skills with the help of computers by visual programming languages. To prepare for the implementation of Informatics at the primary school, we researched Scratch and surveyed some teachers about the suitability of this programming language in elementary teaching.
