Abstract

Mass cultural activities of students in training political cadres at division level at Political Officer School is an organized and directed activity to satisfy needs to create, enjoy culture and develop cultural values in the personality of staff and students at school; fostering skills in organizing cultural activities not only spreads and flourishes good cultural values, at the same time, directly promote the successful completion of the educational and training tasks and the responsibilities and duties after graduation.
