The reality of soft skills training of students at Vinh University of Technology Education

Abstract

The current situation of soft skills of students is at a low level due to varioussubjective and objective reasons. In particular, the main reason is that the training of students’ soft skills has not been organized and implemented in a methodical and regular manner. Although students are very aware of the need to practice this skill, the use of active teaching methods in teachers’ teaching activities to train students’ soft skills is still limited. , forms of soft skills training are not rich.
