Management of communication activities of the Master's College meet the current educational reform requirements

Abstract

Communication has a significant role, as a bridge between the members of an educational institution, and between the educational institution and the society. Besides the main function of conveying information, communication in educational institutions in general and Colleges of Pedagogy in particular performs other important functions of educating, persuading, encouraging and monitoring. Due to the current requirements of innovation in education, Colleges of Pedagogy need an effective management of communications for the sake of their stability and gradual development. This paper presents the writer’s points of view and proposes some solutions for communications management in colleges of pedagogy to meet current requirements of innovation in education.
