Determining the process of developing students’ competence to apply knowledge in teaching Organic Chemistry in high schools

Abstract

Developing the capacity to apply knowledge in real life and solve practical problems has not been paid enough attention according to the overall general education program goals after 2018. The article aims to identify the practical problems and building a process to develop students’ capacity to apply knowledge in teaching organic chemistry. Research using theoretical and practical research methods in high schools in the Central Highlands region. This is the necessary basis for proposing measures to develop students’ capacity to apply knowledge into practice
