Managing talent attraction activities at universities

Abstract

Over the years, the teaching staff at universities have grown in both quantity and quality. However, in the face of the requirement to improve the quality of higher education, this team is more interested in developing and attracting talents. From the above analysis, through initial research results, the article presents some theoretical issues about “Management of talent attraction activities in universities”.
