Using RUBRICS in assessing learning outcomes

Abstract

Rubrics is an effective tool in assessing the learning outcomes of learners, used widely in many countries around the world. Rubrics can be used to develop course assessment criteria at all levels. This article introduces the concepts, roles and processes of building rubrics evaluation criteria for learning outcomes.
