Designing Memrise Course to help teachers and students memorize chemical elements by new chemical nomenclature

Abstract

The school year 2022-2023 is the first year to apply the new textbook teaching according to the 2018 General education program for 10th grade students. Remembering and teaching the names of chemical elements according to the new chemical nomenclature system has posed many difficulties for teachers and students. The results of the study show that the Memrise course is easy to design, and it is very useful. The results of the study show that the course is easily designed, and it is very useful. This result can help teachers and students quickly memorize the new chemical nomenclature system.
