Some necessary soft skills for students at Hung Yen University of Technology and Education

Abstract

Soft skills are very important for students during their studies at school and also in the process of working after graduation. Equipping students with basic soft skills is one of the strategic directions of current training institutions. The survey results show that students of Hung Yen University of Technology and Education rate self-management skills, university study skills, job application skills and workplace communication skills...are necessary skills and should be equipped, thereby helping students confidently integrate and develop in the future.
