A study on the daily life poems of Che Lan Vien to improve the quality of teaching about the author

Abstract

In the works of Che Lan Vien, beside depictions of major matters, works about daily life are also present. Such poems tend to be about the poet’s emotions and thoughts throughout the length of his life. The poems written for his children, written about nature, love and contemplations are all soaked in love-filtered beauty. Despite the rustic wording, the poems still glimmer with sophistication, romanticism, and philosophy. It can be said that Che Lan Vien has contributed an unique way of expressing mundane matters through poetry.
