Abstract
The article researches on the situation of developing teachers in threeprimary schools in Long Xuyen city, An Giang province. The author has surveyed the planning, use, training, testing and evaluation of the teaching staff of three schools; analyze and evaluate strengths and weaknesses so that leaders at all levels can have appropriate policies to develop primary teachers to meet current educational innovation requirements.
