Managing and fostering skills in developing lesson plans for primary school teachers in Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province

Abstract

To innovate the competence-based teaching methods, primary school teachers must be equipped with lesson planning skills. This work is the responsibility of both teachers and school leaders. Therefore, management fostering lesson planning skills to develop learners’ competence is a decisive factor. Primary schools in Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province in the past year have followed the 2018 General Education Program, in which a great emphasis is placed on fostering teachers’ lesson planning skills develop learners’ competence. Principals of primary schools have actively innovated and implemented measures to improve the quality of skills for teachers to achieve results.
