Improving the efficiency of cooperation between schools and businesses at Phu Tho College of Electromechanical Engineering.

Abstract

Currently, the youth unemployment rate is increasing day by day. Graduates cannot find jobs, while businesses cannot recruit workers after training because they have not met the demand, and many businesses have to re-train. To solve this problem, it is necessary to innovate and strengthen the building of sustainable links between schools and businesses. The article focuses on clarifying the need to enhance this partnership within the scope at Phu Tho College of Electromechanical Engineering.
