Developing a training program in educational management at Saigon University following the competence-based approach

Abstract

Developing educational management training programs has received the attention of many managers and educational institutions in recent years, focusing on teaching and developing learners’ competencies, including: knowledge, skills and attitudes, the relationships between theory and practice, between learning and practice, between teaching letters and teaching people... so that learners can meet the increasing requirements of society. With the desire to research and develop the education management training program at Saigon University in the direction of a competency approach to contribute to improving the quality of training to meet the requirements of educational nnovation in the current contex.
