Abstract

The activity of a professional group is a specific activity aimed at fostering professionalism, professionalism and pedagogical capacity for teachers, contributing to solving difficulties in the teaching process. Many non-public schools have not really focused on improving the efficiency of professional teams. This study has built a theoretical framework and investigated the current situation in the study area, from which the following management measures are proposed to contribute to improving the quality of education in non-public primary schools in the locality.
